Did you say Healthy Breakfast Cookies?!

Hi Reader,

Why yes - I did put "Healthy breakfast cookies" in this newsletter's title...

Because I'm currently obsessed with them.

They make a great snack, but when paired with hard boiled eggs or greek yogurt, I honestly love having them for breakfast because it starts my day off with a serving of veggies!

It's really hard for me to eat veggies at breakfast, unless I'm ordering an omelet for brunch.

I naturally gravitate towards a sweeter oatmeal but these sweetpotato oatmeal cookies are the secret!

They are:

  • Full of fiber
  • Easily adaptable - add your favorite nuts/seeds
  • Fun for the whole family
  • Great addition to a kids lunch box

We're also really loving this easy sheet pan salmon and veggies meal for an easy weeknight option!

With back to school back in swing, I know you want to save your mental energy!

If you're struggling with getting family-friendly meals on the table and want to save yourself time, pick up the meal planning handbook!
